Discharge by Agreement


DISCHARGE BY AGREEMENT. —The contract which is created by the agreement of the parties may be discharged in the same way. And the agreement of the parties which effects its discharge may be in the form of a waiver or rescission, a substi tuted agreement, or result from the happening of a specified event which was to discharge the contract, called a condition subsequent.
