INFANCY. A per son under the age of majority, which age is usually regulated by statute, is presumed not to have attained to such years of discretion as to be able to assent or agree, and because of this he is allowed the privilege of avoiding contracts made during infancy, except those which are made for necessaries. This subject has been fully discussed in a previous number of this series and will not be repeated here.
