The English Classification


THE ENGLISH CLASSIFICATION. In this classification bailments are of three sorts, as follows: i. Bailments that are exclusively for the benefit of the bailor, or for a third party other than the bailee.

2. Bailments exclusively for the benefit of the bailee.

3. Bailments that are for the benefit of both bailor and bailee, the last division embracing the bailments which are of the most importance in bailment law.
